ADKA Conference

Last week we had the pleasure of attending the ADKA Congress in Berlin, where we were invited by our German distribution partner B. Braun.

B.Braun presented their integrated OnkoLogisch project — a smart play on words, combining oncological treatment with the logical step of closing the loop digitally.

As part of the OnkoLogisch solution, BBraun showcased how ComeoCare integrates seamlessly into safe, closed-loop oncology workflows with the OncoSafety administration solution, and great innovative compounding technologies like the Kiro Grifols robot. It was great to see how these digital innovations are helping hospitals move toward safer, closed-loop medication processes.

We joined B. Braun’s sales team and met many passionate professionals from across Germany. We also met the great Kiro Grifols' team, and exchanged ideas, learning from each other, and sparking future collaborations.

A highlight: during the guided tours on closed-loop medication, many visitors discovered how ComeoCare fits into the bigger picture of digital and automated oncology workflows. During one of these tours, Hendrik Merckx, a hospital pharmacist who has implemented and used ComeoCare in several hospitals, shared his first-hand experience — offering valuable insights from daily practice.

It was a true pleasure to meet German Carreras and his team from Kiro Grifals, and thanks again to B. Braun’s Christine and Andreas for the warm welcome and strong partnership — and to all the new faces we met in Berlin!
